Timeline and outcome data required for the CRANE 2022 Annual Report 

• 24 June 2022: Data collection cut off for 2022 Annual Report.
• November 2022: Review of report at Cleft Development Group meeting (specific date TBC).
• December 2022: Publication of 2022 Annual Report (specific date TBC).

We will report 5-year outcomes for patients born in 2012 to 2015; 2012-14 in funnel plots and 2015 in summarised/tabulated form (as in the 2021 Annual Report).

For patients whose outcome data are available and have not previously been submitted, please submit the following information required for each birth year.

Key: “Sum” – refers to summarised/tabulated information. Presented separately to allow comparison of the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown that ensued – as done so in the 2021 Annual Report.
